My Story
On the 31st of October 2008 at 21h 10, I gave my heart to Jesus. It took me a while to learn exactly what it meant. I had a wonderful pastor who walked a walk with me. I was on fire for Jesus. I went out into the streets and evangelised and preached the Good News. I spoke to anyone and everyone about Jesus. God was always good to me and there was seldom rejection. The rejection rather came from those who were close to me.
And so my life changed, I changed. I became a very different person, so much so that there were those who said I was involved with a cult. No, Jesus changed my heart and me! I wasn't who I used to be. I had the heart of Jesus now, and I think it was difficult for people to reconcile with the person I used to be. That's Jesus for you!
Then life happened, the rejection came, the challenges came, and I allowed myself to be buried in the things of this world. I allowed people to pull me down... wrong people, people close to me who attacked my salvation and expected me to be perfect. We are not perfect, but rather we serve a perfect Father!
Through the years, I have drifted in and out of being close to God. I still sometimes drift, but that's not who I want to be. I want to be His Child, I want to live a life that is righteous, and so I have resurrected this website to reach others who may feel the same.
Know this! His word says God will never leave you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 (New International Version) says; "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” The devil will tell you that you're not good enough, that God has abandoned you. Do NOT listen to that voice! Matthew 18:12 says “What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?" God is always waiting for you, he will NEVER abandon you. Run to Him.
I hope with this website that through me God is able to reach even that one sheep that has wandered off. Come back! He loves you.
